BrokenQuill92 cannot see.  So if you wanted her to know what the text is on the image file that you posted, you would have to type it in.  And if the picture part matters, you would need to describe that part to her.  She has software that reads text to her.  But the software cannot describe images to her, or read text that is part of an image file.
