There's no dog on earth that doesn't shed. Hair can be as short as you please. It's still all over the place.
My neighbor has a chihuahua. Really small dog with really short hair. Despite that, my clothes will be covered in shedded fur if I let her play with me in my lap. It's the dangdest thing.
