While I think that women are weaker is the wrong way to put it, there is sexual demorphism in our species. Men produce far more testosterone then women women which builds muscle mass. As well as triggering increased aggression. Estrogen which women produce in abundance is markedly different effects, and certainly makes them the more beautiful gender for certain. To get more into detail, it triggers the development of breasts and a rounding of the face. It also triggers muscle building in the rear and thighs, but lacks the muscle enhancing properties of testosterone.
