IMHO, there are not enough laws to keep women in their place. A woman's place is in the home. There's no reason why women should be allowed to work and take jobs away from men. Furthermore, this keeps her from performing her womanly duties to her husband and children, like making their meals, washing their clothes, and cleaning the home.
