This type of anger is expressed all the time. Anger at the design of the world aimed at the Designer (in theory).

So it seems to me a lot of Atheists are angry at God.

You know, it is possible to point out a flaw in something without being angry about said flaw.

Like the flaws in your logic. Those don't make me angry at all. In fact, they make me laugh sometimes.
