I felt that 'DS9' was the weakest. 'Babylon 5' was much better. Basically the same story.
As to 'Enterprise', I thought it was great. It was not quite 'Star Trek', but then it wasn't. Everybody was in a learning curve. No Prime Directive yet and basically it was a bunch of children playing on the highway during rush hour.
