If you don't benefit from the ius sanguinis criteria, then you need to apply for citizenship. What criteria do the French use? I'm assuming it has something to do with cultural integration and social integration, and remaining in the territory for X number of years (i.e. Occasional migrants who then go away don't get to become French) - If French culture doesn't promote terrorism, then why are French people making terrorist attacks?
