Yeah, no - that's a meaningless platitude. You're not going to build a wall, just like modern Chinese are not building any more great walls now - largely because they don't have to defend against Mongolian cavalry. It's a retarded idea.

No. If Trump gets anywhere near presidency - USA is finished, at least as far as international public opinion is concerned (and you can trumpet about how you don't care all you want, but you really do, because the times of America being a self-sufficient super-power are long gone). When G. W. B was elected, we were not sure who he was, so he had some benefit of the doubt. We've seen Trump on TV and if you elect that clown - you might as well elect Kermit the Frog, or Donald Duck, for all the good it will do for the prestige and credibility of american democracy. NATO would probably start bombing USA in order to remove Trump and install a more reasonable government, like a dictator, or something.
So, no - it's not going to happen. And it's not supposed to. Trump is an act.
