If you don't have a sense of empathy for this 'one girl' you believe is insignificant (isn't she significant to herself and loved ones?), you are a sociopath. You should truly get some help.
If you don't understand why you should care about wanting live in a society where you are not raped and murdered (other sociopaths may think your life is insignificant), and therefore, you don't rape and murder others, then you are a dipshit.

You'd believe if you just opened your heart" is a terrible argument for religion. It's basically saying, "If you bias yourself enough, you can convince yourself that this is true." If religion were true, people wouldn't need faith to believe it -- it would be supported by good evidence.
