Can I play devil's advocate here for a sec without getting my head chopped off? 
I'm curious to know from a philosophical stand point.... if a person is a psychopath and does not have ability to feel empathy, and if this same person can only gain sexual gratification through rape and murder, what personal reason should he have for not going through with it?
If there is no objective value for the life of a human being other than our own personal empathy, what does that mean for the person who does not feel empathy?
