You'd be surprised how treacherous the penis can be. Erections aren't always a sexual thing (as I know firsthand). Anxiety pressures do play a big part - giggety - but it's primarily a physical thing. I've not been raped myself, though, so I leave it to others to google cases of men raped by women (there is a page of nineteen men sharing their experiences, but I can't link to it as it is rather explicit).
