He doesn't seem to be a very good business man. He's declared bankruptcy more than once. If he had invested his initial 20 million or so that he inherited into an investment fund that followed the S&P, he'd be about twice as rich today as he is. Almost any fool can make money when they've got tens of millions of dollars to start with.
