Even outside the issue of sexual assault physical abuse of adult men can happen and does happen too. I cant stand men who say "never hit a woman". Well yea, but never hit anyone for that matter, even at a bar over a football game. I was in a physically abusive relationship back in the late 80s early 90s. She would not only yell at me, but hit me if i talked to another woman, even if I wasn't interested in them, and I never was with anyone while I was dating her, but her constant paranoia and hitting I simply got to the point where I had enough. She hit me in the face while I was driving because she thought I was flirting with another woman I slammed on my breaks and told her to get out.
Now if you can handle that, and accept that assault and arousal in rape have nothing to do gender roles.
