I just want to mention, that men can and often do get erections while being strangled to death, or hanged. That's just because of our physiology and the fact, that our bodies were demonstrably not designed by any intelligence. In fact, for a young man it's not getting an erection, that's the trick in most situations. That changes somewhat with age, often into the opposite extreme, but if you ever have a problem getting an erection from a guy - I recommend digital massage of the prostate. He might be freaked out at first, but if he's already getting raped, that's hardly a factor...
Oh, yeah - there are also pills you can use, that give men erections, whether they want them, or not. And there are animal venoms, that also do that - like that of a brazillian wandering spider (Phoneutria). So - the possibilities are endless...
