I've checked off the emboldened stuff, but you left off what has been my most successful strategy, I think: making her laugh. In my life, every true love -- there have been three -- have started with her laughing at something I said or did.
However, I don't think these humorless twats could manage that part, either.
Also, and not to argue with a gal about this, but I think that "air of mystery" thing is overrated. All it got me was ignored.
