Not sure if you know the significance of telling someone to say "uncle", but I think it should be against the rules to continuously harass someone who isn't bothering you unless they say uncle. Seems a lot like flaming to me anyways.

I will admit I wasn't aware of the significance of his request until I just looked it up.
