And who triggered what triggered the phenomena? Who created God?

Personally, I have no answer. I actually think the question is meaningless, too.
God is the special condition. The one & only, who exists without being created, outside the stream of time & space.

It depends, if you "believe" there was a "before", then you're officially atheist.
As a believer, God was always there..how ? IDK.

But you see, that is exactly why putting God behind evolution does not fit. The answer is to go smaller not bigger. Now if scientists discover some magic Carbon isotope that can merge with something and create basic life, the whole thing would fit more logically and more tightly as an explanation.
