It's relative to what a girl is wearing, which might sound creepy but it's the honest truth.
If you see a man wearing a speedo out in public, are you going to immediately scold yourself and think it disrespectful to stare? No, because you expect them to know that by wearing that, they are going to be stared at. Obviously you don't have to intensely stare, but looking longer than normal clearly, you will most likely do. That could be because you are attracted, or questioning why someone would wear so little regardless it is the exact same concept. That the less you wear, the more you expect the other person to expect people to be staring. That was my whole point. Women are developing this mindset in modern society, that if they wear much less than average clothing amount, they are to be looked at the same exact way as if they weren't, and anyone who they deem treating them like someone wearing hardly any clothes, is the one being disrespectful, and suddenly they turn into the victim. It's this switching the blame. There is no definitive line of what's minimal to wear and what's not. However, the fact that a large majority of women that do wear what would objectively be considered "Skimpy", without a good reason other than personal preference, are getting mad at people who stare at them is a social misunderstanding that women's right's suddenly turn in to women's expectations, that no matter how they dress it's to be treated and respected. If you can't respect yourself enough to admit what you're wearing is for the goal of appearing more attractive, I can't respect you enough to think that i'm the one who should be blamed for doing what you wanted me to do in specific.
Wait so if a woman wears something that makes her feel sexy, she has to be ok with any guy gawking at her for as long as he wants?
