The hydrogen clumps together by its own gravity into giant balls that go nuclear, creating stars. The stars cook heavier elements and when they blow the residue forms planets. If the planets are the right kind they cook up new heavier elements and might even create basic life forms. The basic life forms also alter the planets and create even newer elements. The universe is in a steady state of creation and it's becoming more complex.
God, as you imagine such a creature, has nothing to do with it.
How large do you think your pearl will be?
Allah has everything to do with it because He alone started the creation of the universe. So I agree with u where particles are created from this and that and certain things form other things with temperatures and the whole scientific concept. But when u trace it all back to the creation of the universe it starts with Allah. So yes the universe is forming things into matter itself but Allah created the universe. Just as Ur parents brought u to life and their parents brought them to life and the first human was made from the Earth and the universe brought the Earth into effect and Allah created the universe. So in the long run Allah created everything through science and time for when He determines a matter He only says to it "Be" and it is. As large a pearl as Allah will bless me with
