Chemo is a cast-iron bitch.No, we were not. However in spite of that, we can agree that it's entirely likely that the Mikayla complained about her side-effects because chemo is literally poison. We don't have to see it to know it's likely because of probability. Other things I don't need to see in order to be reasonably confident of their occurrence:
1. that parents who would blame the chemo for their daughter's death are opposed to it and would have advocated that opposition, given an appropriate outlet
2. that Mikayla would have been generally aware of her parents' views towards chemo
3. that children are both consciously and subconsciously influenced by their parents
4. that caring, responsible parents would find a way to deal with those heart-breaking emotions and do what's best for their daughter
No matter how I think of it, I come to the conclusion that this is directly the parents' fault.
