Jesus is supposed to be the author of morality, yet he chooses this method that also resembles what other pagan son-gods have done in the past? I thought Jesus was supposed to be bigger than that. You make him look so petty and egotistical; "I will forgive you for pissing me off by doing things I dont want you to do only if you ask for my forgiveness and worship me." Yeah. Some savior. Jesus sounds like such a dick. Why would I want to worship someone like that or even hold him up as an example of goodness and kindness?
Lets remember that it was GOD who created Hell. He is the MASTER of Hell and HE decides who gets tortured for all eternity in it or not. YES, you worship a lord of hell fire, and to say otherwise is to completely dismiss the entire concept of sin and punishment in the new testament. Who has the book of life? Satan or Jesus? Who puts the names down of those who avoid hellfire? Satan or Jesus? Who tosses people into a flaming pit of everlasting torture and torment? Jesus or Satan? Who knows everything before it happens? Jesus or Stan? Who created angels knowing they were going to become demons and devils? Jesus or satan? Which one looks more like a devil now? Jesus or Satan?
You worship the lord of Hell, creator of demons and devils and eternal torment.
Bahh..absolute non-sense. Believe what you want. But if you thnk this sort of nonsense should be forced upon my children in school then me and you have a problem.
Let me put it this way. If you KNEW I had a torture room in my home, and you heard me openly bragging about torturing people for not worshipping me, what would you think of me? A good person? would you trust ANY promise I gave to you; "Sure, I will not torture you. I forgive you as long as you worship me."
We call people like that dictators, and they are dispised here in America.
