Do you mean Original Poster, or Original Post?
In the rules it's said that you can't create a thread with the intention of calling someone out. It doesn't specifically talk about OPs.
Does that mean you can however call someone out by doing it within a thread(that is not yours/that is yours)?

I could make another post right after this one quoting something you or anyone else hasn't addressed and say "Could you respond to this EP[/whoever else]?" And that would be fine. What I can't do it go and create a thread about someone, unless it's something nice like a "Happy Birthday!" thread or something.
@EP, the reason this makes sense is because if "calling out" wasn't limited to the original post of a thread then it would mean replying to anyone's post or addressing anyone specifically (like I'm doing now) would be against the rules. Kinda hard to have a discussion forum if you're not allowed to talk to anyone
