I'm not a parent, but looking after a dog is a bit like being a parent.
What I generally do is I put something I know the dog will really like in a place it can easily get to. I then tell it, in human language, it's not to eat the treat under any circumstances. Of course, this message doesn't mean anything to the dog, as it doesn't have the capacity to understand what this message really means. It looks at me quizzically, then goes off to eat the treat.
I then get really angry, and I beat the dog, to reduce its lifespan and make it feel ashamed of itself. I perform surgery on it so that it will hurt it a great deal should it have puppies. I also do the same beatings and surgery to any puppies it has.
How else will it learn anything?
