Second, J.K had to use the initials J.K because stupid Christian Patriarchy meant people only take male writers seriously. K isn't even her real middle initial.
Third, the irony of the series and it's anti - pure blood leaning, and the fact that mostly purists of some sort (KKK, creationists, biblical literalists) fear it is not lost on me or most of society.
You can isolate your children all you want, but guess what? Even BEFORE age 18, they are going to have opinions of their own, because they are humans with minds, not little copies of you.
