Quite. Donald Trump was tweeting ignorant bullshit way before he started running to be president. For example, when it snows in New York he tweets something along the lines of 'So much for global warming". It doesn't require too much intelligence to tell the difference between localised weather and climate.
He won't become president. Any politician of any country outside of the republican party in the US could wipe the floor with him in a debate. But imagine for a moment that he won, it wouldn't last long before he was impeached. Can you picture him trying to be diplomatic and trying to find a compromise with people he disagrees with? He wouldn't manage to get anything done and would just whine about how unfair politics is (ironic considering how much wealth he was born into). When he doesn't get his way he screams like an impetulant child, like when he lost Iowa and screamed about unfair media coverage and vote rigging.
If he was POTUS and meeting a delegation from another country then either talks would break down as he pissed them off, or they would go in knowing that they were effectively bargaining with a little child and stroke his ego to manipulate him. They'd have to interact with him in a way that would be condescending to any other president, even George W Bush.
A leader needs to think logistically and practically. Look at his failed attempt at creating Trump airlines because he thought that people would prefer maple-wood veneer floors, chrome seat-belt latches and gold-coloured bathroom fixtures rather than a decent service. He has the kind mindset of a third world dictator who would prefer to build an impressive tower in the capital city while letting the rest of the country go to ruin.
