I precise that majority of French are Cafeteria Catholic Agnostic in my knowledge. I'm French and I think that majority of French don't know the French word "Agnostique" [IPA : ag'nɔstik] that means Agnostic in French. I know it because I spoke about this kind of topics with some people and I read posts on Internet in French language that show the majority of French doesn't know this therm.
A Cafeteria Catholic Agnostic is a Cafeteria Catholic who isn't sure about his / her beliefs when an Agnostic is someone who think that God(s) can exist or not exist.
I precise that many French make a confusion between the word "Catholique" [IPA :ka'tɔlik] who means Catholic in French and "Chrétien" [IPA : kret'jε̃] that is a French word to designate a Christian man. The word to designate a Christian woman or a Christian organisation is "Chrétienne" [IPA : kret'jεn].
