Asked in this unspecific manner, such questions are usually intended to be (and can only be) answered with a general subjective value judgement. And as such, I say no, they are not. That doesn't mean that they can't be better or worse on average in specific objectively measurable ways.

A pointless definition of sexism, which you seem to want to use: that merely acknowledging any systematic statistical differences between men and women should be considered sexist.

You think it's sexist to say men are smarter than women but not sexist to say women are weaker than men?  Double standard or just indoctrination?

Subtlety, pool, subtlety. In what sense are you talking about "men" and "women" as a group when you know that there is so much statistical variation. Throwing out ill-defined words will not do here. What does smart mean, what does weaker/stronger mean. If you don't specify these things, your speech has little real meaning.
