I've known women that can lift weights heavier than some men that I've known
Anecdotes are practically meaningless in terms of evidence, pool. Just because you know a few girls who lift more than some guys, that doesn't change the fact that in scientific studies with large samples of the population, men consistently have the capacity to lift more weight, probably because we evolved to hunt, climb, and lift big rocks so our species wouldn't die. There's a reason the world record deadlift is set by a dude, and it's not because of sexism.
That being said, there are absolutely some women that perform better than some men at some feats of athleticism, but that's not the fat part of the bell curve in most sports.
It's probably because of this kind of sexist thinking that women are held back from participating in these types of sports. We should encourage more women to participate in these kinds of sports by conducting campaigns. The stereotype that men are physically better than women is what is holding women back. So please stop spreading these stereotypical ideas and holding women back.
