Yeah...this is just ridiculous. The whole point is that the acts are consensual. When someone feels they have been victimized, or a crime has been committed upon them, that is the only time the courts should get involved in people's sex lives. What's next? Outlawing the use of foods (chocolate, sauce, whipped cream, ect.) in the bedroom due to risk of infection? Talk about a slippery slope!
