I think what I really am is someone who's very health conscious, so if it answers your question, yes I have been extremely health conscious for since I was very young. It started more as an obsession with being thin though, but sort of evolved into a healthier appreciation for the benefits of healthy eating. I look up the vitamins and minerals of the food I eat, so I can get the most nutrient dense foods and make sure I'm getting everything I need.

I won't eat bacon, it's not healthy.
