There's no debate over Luther having been an antisemite, but Hitler got his ideas from Guido von Liszt, Georg Ritter von Schönerer, Karl Lueger and to a lesser degree from Jörg Lanz von Liebenfels and his periodical Ostara. He was influenced by the German national and christian social climate of Vienna in the years between 1907 and 1913.
Sorry, but there's no religious influence worth mentioning when it comes to Hitler's antisemitism, other than Karl Lueger having been the founder of the christian social party, admired by Hitler.
