What you are constantly missing out is the fact that the transsexuals who have had gender reassignment aren't the most vulnerable. 'Sex changes' aren't easy to get, especially in America. As has been pointed out many times now, a transsexual has to live full time in their chosen gender for at least a year before they can get one. In most cases it can be many years even in countries where gender reassignment surgery is covered by medical insurance or on the national health service. And if it isn't then it's an awful lot of money that needs to be saved up by someone who is more likely to be discriminated against in society and therefore more likely to be poor.
And in all those years, they are still transitioning, still passing as the gender they identify as and extremely vulnerable. This is the segment of the population that you are advocating become more even more vulnerable.
