My apartment sold to new owners, and raised the rent $200 over two years, but I'm not creating a lawsuit to grandfather me into the rent I first payed years ago. Liberals tend not to understand the risks of taking out loans to buy property and make it profitable to pay them off. They also don't seem to understand business and the risks of starting a business. In the end they are laborers, who want more money without taking the risk of buying property or starting a business. Older liberals understand it, but the new liberals are clueless how the world really works.
