I've often wondered if maybe making the trucks stop before the RR crossings can go horribly awry if the truck has a manual transmission and the driver manages to kill the motor with the truck actually on the tracks . . .
(I can drive a 10 speed, but I know many who aren't so good at it) The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
