France Bans Burqas

Islamic countries refuse to budge on culture, but western countries will budge. This means that the greater the amoun of adherents to Islam rise in western nations, the greater the chance of western freedom being removed for Islamic culture.

I have no problem with the cool Muslims, or the cool christians, but Western civilization is about live and let live. Islamic conservative culture is about forced compitulation. I will not pay the jizya tax (infidel tax), I will not follow Islamic law, and I will openly mock Islam because that is protected by the number one rule of the land. I will even defend their right to openly mock atheism, because I am sternly secularist.

But lets be honest. Are those women wearing burkhas because they WANT to wear them? Maybe some of them are. How many are wearing them because their husband demands it and they fear a backlash in their small, french Islamic community?

Honor rapes and killings STILL do happen outside of Islamic dominated countries by its faithful.

So, can I say that it is reasonable that the French republic outloawed the Burka with this also in mind?

I am against the Burkha ban, and I am against Burkhas..if you can understand that, then you can understand my position on this.
