If the mother or father is younger with small children your taking a very high risk path. I'll take it a step further and include single fathers just to be fair. Single parents are a general bad idea to began with. Not all but most are single parents leads to a lot of trouble in your life. If your going to get involved with one, you need to uncover the real reason or reasons their single parents. If your not armed with that info, they can lye all they want on why they split up or divorced there partner. I've heard this as a rule of thumb on who have been there.
