A wonderfully juvenile statement, backed up wonderfully with anecdotes. How absurd and sad would it be if it turned out later that your friend's refusal to listen to orders ended with the death of his fellow servicemen? How would we really know the truth of your statement, the validity of your arguments, when one sees silly shit like this?
