What's the point in dating single mothers?

Well, abortion is legal in the US so they can end every pregnancy with an abortion.  The general rule is that once the baby is delivered it becomes illegal to kill it.  People kill their children for all kinds of reasons that might make sense to them.  In most cases the killer is simply bat shit crazy who is having problems coping with life and for being responsible for a young person.  But in the end we are all very dangerous animals who will kill any life form on the planet, including our own children.  That's too bad but it's one of our potential behaviors that we might activate under certain circumstances.  When we see other people do it we try to understand and cope with it the best way we can.  

In this instance I didn't know the woman or her children.  If I did I'm sure that I would have done whatever I could have done to help her and to save the kids.  They deserved to live and now they are gone.  Whatever they might have been and done is gone with the wind.  They will never love or create.  That's a tragedy. 

Should I hate the mother?  Events like this happen every day.  I don't have the capacity to hate that many people.  The best I can do is to never do what they did.

If this is typical behavior of single moms, perhaps it is natural. Maybe we should just let nature take its course and stop trying to butt in when single moms try to kill their kids... What do you think?

Control freaks always think that if they can make a rule to force people to change their behavior to their standards everything will be perfect.  Remember Moses and his laws.  Jesus added some more.  When the US was started it just had a few laws.  Today every conceivable act known to man has been, is, or will be, illegal somewhere in the US.  It's more screwed up than ever.  

We live in a complex society.  People can't do whatever they want to do whenever they want to do it without consequences.  So although it might be a natural behavior a functioning complex society simply can't tolerate people who kill their children.  The children are entitled to life although they are dependent upon their parents.  While we can't always save them we can avenge them.
