I think so, lots of girls walking around with blonde hair and black eyebrows/lashes, and increasingly, guys too.
Looks ridiculous in my opinion, but to each their own. Just don't bitch when you find your hair thin as fuck from all the dyes and bleach.
My Mom bitches about how she can't grow her hair to her shoulders, and she can't work out why. It's because she can't leave the house without burning it straight and has to throw dye on it monthly to keep the grey away.
