So much more important than monogamy is open communication, complete honesty, and a respect for the feelings of everyone involved. People often tend to think by non-monogamous I mean that I am cheating on all the people I am with. But that is so far from the truth. I would never go into a relationship pretending to be someone I'm not. Fairness and compromise with complete and total honesty...that is what makes a relationship lasting, regardless of monogamy. Just be upfront with people about who you are and how you feel and what you want.
