When guys dye their hair blonde

The natural sandy colour is cool on naturally blonde guys, but no guy should be bleaching his hair platinum Milky Bar Kid blonde. Not even Orlando Bloom could pull it off, sorry

Is it normal for chicks to dye their hair blonde and leave their eye lashes dark?

Not really fussed about the other colours though.

Some natural blondes have naturally darker eyebrows and eyelashes - my sister is a dirty blonde with very dark eyebrows, at least.  I confess I haven't spent a lot of time studying the color of her eyelashes.

I think so, lots of girls walking around with blonde hair and black eyebrows/lashes, and increasingly, guys too.

Looks ridiculous in my opinion, but to each their own. Just don't bitch when you find your hair thin as fuck from all the dyes and bleach.

I'm naturally blonde and think it would be awesome to have naturally dark eyelashes.  It would save me the money I spend on mascara.
