I realized my "Pet peeves" thread mostly contained "I hate it when people" something something. I thought to myself how about a thread about the better side of human nature? A thread for all the things that endear us about people? Some say there is good and bad in all of us. So here is a thread for the good side.

Here is a "I love it when people" something something thread.

I'll start it off then

I love it when people who are normally very self-important show their human side. Their caring side. Their sweet side.
I love it when people who have spent years being too hard on themselves express how they can't even remember the last time they felt like that.
I love it when people open up to me.
I love it when people no longer feel the need to brag. I love it when previously very insecure braggarts find peace of mind and make peace with themselves.
I love it when people realize that their cynicism for years was exaggerated and they don't have to be naive to realize there are people out there who care genuinely and deeply.
I love it when people bring out the best in people.
I love it when people enter the room and it just seems to light up with joy and energy. People like that are special.
I love it when people relax with me and lose track of time chatting with me, going from topic to topic and we have fun together.
I love it when people make me feel like I matter.
I love it when people learn to love themselves.
I love it when people genuinely praise people behind their back.
I love it when people discover nice things others have said about them and they seem deeply touched.
I love it when people express compassion, empathy, friendliness enthusiasm and love so naturally, easily, effortlessly, spontaneously and habitually that it feels so intensely amazing and is so obviously genuine that it can light up my whole week or even my month, let alone make my day.
I love it when people express social niceties such as "Have a nice day" not out of politeness, manners or convention but instead because they genuinely mean it and feel it.
I love it when people hug me and I can feel their love.
I love it when people online tell me things that they wish they could do online that are so wonderful and earnest and spontaneous and lovely and uplifting and sweet and genuine and loving and fun and heart-warmingly upbeat in such a relaxed and tranquil way with such a calm enthusiasm with a chirpy cheerful life-affirming positive vicariously happy-for-you mesmerizingly upliftingly feels-me-full of energy way that it makes me so fucking happy I feel like I am going to explode with the epitome of bliss.
I love it when people show their true colors and they're more beautiful than any rainbow.
I love it when people see the best in people.
I love it when people love it when people are kind to themselves and everyone who will let them without hurting them.
I love it when people respect themselves and each other.
I love it when people enjoy making each other feel good about themselves, each other and life
