To be fair, my first experience of them wasn't great... it just gave me RSI (but which I have a history of so pretty much anything can 
). Its screen was really unresponsive which might have been a contributing factor as well as the general awkwardness to hold, but I was glad that it came rooted and doubt that would be the case with the more expensive, branded models? But if I could get a rooted one with a responsive screen... just as responsive as my phone... I might consider it if it had a decent battery life. Any recommendations for a cheap and cheerful first (proper) tablet anybody?
