I'd think she'd have to recuse herself now if there was another outbreak of hanging chads.

So, quite possibly a boo-boo there, RBG.

Better to smile demurely while concealing a pre-judicial ruling than to telegraph it beforehand.
 The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
