GREAT! Send me your money and I'll dish it out to those more in need than you.
Be delighted. First, provide me with your distribution plans, coded by need, geography, type of aid. Then, I'll need to review your organizational charts to make sure you can move my money in a reasonably effective and efficient manner. While you're about it, outline the infrastructure you plan to use to distribute my money. Lastly, I'd like to review your P&L statements for the last eight quarters to make sure you aren't spending my money on cocaine and hookers.
Seriously, though, my government spends a significant portion of my tax money on help those people more in need than I am (not a boast, but I'm doing pretty well). The notion that my money shouldn't go to social (or, if you prefer, 'socialist') programmes puzzles me. Why wouldn't I want to help the less fortunate?
