She's not a vaccine sceptic. She has simply spoken a truth which is that healthcare consumers do not want health procedures "forced" on them, and it has negative outcomes as well as positive outcomes. It causes people to become un -trusting or fearful of the healthcare system, and further alienates vulnerable healthcare consumers. There are better ways to improve vaccine rates than to pass regulations that force people to do so against their will.

The WIN/Gallup End of Year Survey 2013 found the US was perceived to be the greatest threat to world peace by a huge margin, with 24% of respondents fearful of the US followed by: 8% for Pakistan, and 6% for China. This was followed by 5% each for: Afghanistan, Iran, Israel, North Korea. -LINK
