sorry i am tardy with this, but NASA has announced Dawn will remain at Ceres, the science return is expected to increase their as Ceres goes through aphelion and Dawn can watch for 'changes'.
The follow on target, 145 Adeona, a dark carbonaceous asteroid will remain a mystery . . . .
