Get to know your staff [UPDATED]

Hey everyone!
We are going to set up some voice interviews for you guys. Just for fun really. Dyresand will be conducting the interviews and I want to try to keep them around 30 minutes if we can.
Please use this thread to submit any questions you have they can be general or specific to a mod or admin of your choice. Please remember that no one is required to answer your question but we will do our best to get the best and most interesting questions in!
I want to start with our newest staff member and work our way back. So Vorlie should be first if he agrees to do it and next Alex K.
