I always think it is a mistake to sacrifice more targets for better look at one more interesting target.
If the target is indeed more interesting, it would occasion a follow up visit. The unvisited target may remain unvisited forever.

Remember voyager 1's visitation to Uranus and Neptune was sacrificed for a slightly closer look at Titan.

We've since landed on Titan. We've never gone back to Uranus or Neptune.
