I don't have first hand experience with smoking but I do know how hard it can be to give up the habit especially when one associates as a stress-reliever in a stressful life. My only suggestion would be to figure out your strongest motivation for quitting and make sure to never forget that motivation again. Maybe you could share your motivation for quitting with us, and others might share their experiences, that way you can just look back in this thread whenever you feel the urge and be reminded why you wanted to kick the habit in the first place...
